Goods are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. However, do let us know if the apparel has defects (within 10 days of mailing your item out) and we will decide if it is exchangeable- case-by-case basis.
Exchanges will only be done for the item in its original condition (unworn / unwashed / unaltered / tag to be intag<if there is one>).
Do notify us if there is an incorrect item sent to you.
There is strictly no cash refunds / exchanged of items once order has been confirmed! Unless item you have chosen are out of stock, you will get to choose another design.
We will not be liable should you purchase our products from a third party. We will not accede to any request for exchange.
